This week we received a lovely message from the Kiwi club's recent trip to The Place to Potter. Our children were a credit to the school! Well done!
“Dear Miss Brooker
I am writing to you today after the kiwi group’s visit last weekend to The Place to Potter. I worked with your children along with Mrs Higgins and Mrs Howard during their visit. The children made some wonderful plant pots and ceramic pots and displayed such enthusiasm and creativity. They were keen to take advice, listen and learn new things while having fun.
The Kiwi group are a credit to your school and their behaviour was absolutely outstanding. Never before have I met such a polite, funny and talented group of children. It really was a pleasure to meet and work with each and every one of them.
I would also like to mention Mrs Higgins and Mrs Howard and their dedication to the children in the kiwi group. It is evident that their hard work and the relationships they have built with each and every child has really paid off.
Your school is clearly going the extra mile with its pupils and providing such wonderful opportunities, in groups such as the kiwi group. I honestly believe this will benefit these children greatly for years to come.
